K9 Rescue Me, Boxer Rescue Ontario & Basset Hound Rescue of Ontario
One of my most rewarding projects as a designer is the production of the Annual K9 Rescue Me, Boxer Rescue Ontario & Basset Rescue of Ontario Calendars. Four years ago this started out as a small fundrasier to benefit Boxer Rescue Ontario. Now these Breed Specific and All Breed Calendars support all participating Canine Rescue Groups in Ontario. Some of the rescue groups include, Boxer Rescue Ontario, Basset Rescue, Boston Rescue, Sheltland Sheepdog Rescue, Great Dane Rescue, Dachshund Rescue, Collie Rescue, Shiba Inu and Hound Rescue! This year we have taken one more step and will be introducing the Pug Rescue Calendars!
I was more than happy to provide my services this year to take most of the photos for these calendars. Boy did we have alot of fun! I had the pleasure of meeting adoptors, fellow rescue volunteers from across Ontario, proud owners of all different breeds. The best part of these photo shoots was meeting the dogs and seeing how happy and content they were with their families. This just makes the job much more rewarding to see the faces of these dogs, and their tales wagging, working with each and every one of them was a pleasure.
